General Comments

Virgin Mobile have got together a good value-for-money package on this Alcatel One Touch 332 mobile phone in the UK, you get two explanatory booklets, and you need them! I like the chunky buttons, the colour screen is clear and the keypad is simple and to-the-point. However, the OK/Menu button has to be pushed up and down to browse menus, and you have to think three dimensionally! The ringtones are fun. The icons are a bit idiosyncratic, but you get used to them. I had reception difficulties to start with, but I hope it will go smoothly from now on. I like the lightness of this phone, but you do have to make full use of Virgin's helpline at first to get the most out of it. But as I'm a first time buyer I guess I would have had to do that anyway. After that, it's a cute little phone with a nice choice of ringtones and excellent value for money.
