General Comments

Babyliss 2026u Trevor Sorbie Solid Ceramic - I have had these for 3 months and am now buying new straighteners!
My brother got me these for my birthday in March. I used them as soon as I got them out of the box, and I can honestly say they were working better on my hair than my ceramic coated Babyliss Steamshot Straighteners.
I went out on the same weekend and my hair was out, as I had straightened it. I'm no fan of big hair, so I was not happy when my hair went fluffy!
Then, I used my cousin's GHDs and noticed the difference. I also used ceramic COATED plates (hair tools) and they worked better than mine!
I am now going to buy my straighteners from Empire Direct as I can get them cheaper, from someone who works there. I am considering getting the Remington cs1000. Even though they are coated, they are amazing in even thick hair like mine!
I do not reccomend these to people with thick hair.

P.S. - Does anyone else get the brown build up that I get on my straighteners?

Wow - you kept them for three months! I bought mine yesterday and took them back this morning. They made my hair fluffy too! Yeah, I found that there was a little bit of brown build up on them too and I only used them once!

Yes i get the brown build up on mine too. I thought i had dirty hair lol.. No oj. I thought it was my thick and very frizzy hair too but when i used my friends ghds i was out in the garden at night and my hair didnt frizz. I went to the hairdressers though and she reccommened glass ones AND SAID THEY'RE BETTER THAN CERAMIC. does anyone have any info on this???
