Been with the Lloyds TSB for 14 years but now im going to switch, they charge too much for overdrafts, there not interested in anyone who is not in credit. The other day I got a really snotty phone call from there collections depot and the person on the other end of the phone got very personal and was very threatening about spoiling my future in trying to get a mortgage all for a couple of pence overdrawn and its cost me 55 pounds.
