General Comments

I tried to get the forms to open a Business Account at 3 different branches. They were either out of stock or they wouldn't let me have them to complete at home as they thought I wouldn't manage it. I understood I had to see someone before I opened the account even though I didn't want to borrow any money. I just wanted to be able to peruse the form and complete it in the luxury of my own home when the kids were in bed. I wanted to be treated like an adult rather than a wayward child trying to buck the system. I walked away.
