Good Points

Staff in the hotel are very friendly. The setting is absolutly amazing, the beach is out of this world. On arrival we were greeted with a flower garland and drink.


Bad Points

Staff in restaurant at hotel were not as friendly.


General Comments

Mahe Island, Sunset Beach Hotel - My husband and I got married there in June 2003, it was an amazing location. Very romantic setting with the beautiful beach, and bar on stilts out over the water. Our wedding was perfect, although the photographs did not turn out well, I would recommend paying to get a lot taken, we got 36 and only ended up with about 10 good ones. We had a video, music would have been nice. Our bed was decorated with flowers the morning of our wedding. The staff are very nice and it is cleaned regularly, in room and outside. There are also some Seychelles singers a few nights at hotel, although they don't take over and blend in nicely. Food was good, though particularly liked food served at lunch/bar menu. We are saving to go back, can't wait.
