Good Points

It can integrate spherical panoramas, cylindrical panoramas, still images and maps together, link to background music, eclaircissement, URL and text information, as well as some other multimedia elements, to create the effects that the designers need. Besides, some other eye-catching functions like multiple hotspots (which accomplish the switch between panoramas and still images), transition effects (fade in& fade out, zoom in, blinds etc), Interactive map with compass effect, setting path and customized skin are all available for users.

General Comments

I got a Tourweaver 1.20 from easypano recently. The same easy-to-use as its lower version and more useful features were added. I find 3 key features are the most attractive and useful.
1st, Interactive map with compass effect. An interactive map is available in Tourweaver. When people browses the panorama, the compass on the map will show the direction correspondingly. Setting an interactive map would help us accomplish a more vivid and interactive virtual tour. Tourweaver also allows personalizing the map which may dramatically enrich our virtual tour.
2nd, auto tour path setting. In Tourweaver, auto tour path is allowed to be set at will. To some extent, it seems like a multi-media demonstration, which may play the panoramas automatically according to the preset path. But people can stop the auto tour by clicking their mouse and play it as their like, which is much more interactive than multi-media demonstration. we may also preset the timing and walkthrough to control the timing for each scene, and arrange the walkthrough for the whole tour. The method of setting a auto tour path resembles that of making a flash. A tour path consists of many frames, which will show according to the timing sequence when virtual tour is played. By setting the tour path, we can control the timing for every scene and make an auto-play or guided tour. And the user will experience all these features by simply clicking a preset play button.
3rd, powerful and multiple navigating options. Plenty of control buttons have been supplied so as to save time for writing code. We designers may just concentrate ourselves on design and ideas but not the complex operations. With the easy-to-use Tourweaver, we may fully exert our imagination and make our virtual tours come true.
