Good Points

All metal sturdy construction. Needs little maintenance or disassembly. CO2 enough for 5 x 13bb magazines. Made from original Makarov parts.

Bad Points

Low"ish" power.

General Comments

The Baikal MP654K CO2 pistol is a pretty accurate plinking gun out to 10m - consistant beer can hitter. Very cheap for an all metal model. Improved sights and variety of holsters and grips available. Usable as DA and SA, utilizing 5.2 - 5.4 gr Gamo, Daisy, Crosman bbs, and with a slight mod to the loading port can use 8 gr Gamo and H&N bbs. Moveable slide (like real Makarov) cocks the hammer, but is otherwise non-functional except to disassemble. Has a safety switch and another switch to hold the slide in the open position. Complicated but possible to shoot 4.5mm pellets as single shot.

   Alright firearm but it only goes 288fps in d/a so power is a bit low but enough to go through light clothing and pierce the skin.
   
   the 9mm version fires out rounds at about 900fps but is only accurate to 15 yards.

   MV up to 400fps with Gamo Round LEAD BBs - they are a true .177 not the .174of metal BBs so less gas blows by. The rifling cuts into the softer lead ball making for greater accuracy.
   
   Cut 3 coils off the recoil spring - easier cocking

   Arrived in Makarov land yesterday. For the price, this must surely be the best value for money CO2 pistol of its type on the market.
   I can readily believe the 400 fps Boris, for with Gamo Round .177 ball, my first shot, from about 6 yards penetrated one side of a baked bean tin and left a large dent with a small slit on the other.
