General Comments
The QP3 Pen digital camera is a neat little gadget that allows you to take good photos just about anywhere. It takes up to 50 at 1248 x 960, or around 160 at 640 x 480. And, when you've filled up the photo memory (incidentally, non-volatile and safe when the batteries go...) there's another 128Mbits of Flash memory for storing short video clips - about 30 secs at 624 x 480.
The lens is much better quality than most other small digital cameras in it's league, with no distortion around the edges. The overall build quality is high - mostly plastic but fairly tough.
The resolution (1.3 megapixels) and decent lens make for some excellent photos with crisp details. The adjustable focus ring (macro - short range - infinity) helps too.
It also has a self timer with audible countdown (quickening beeps) and can be used as a webcam.
I never go out without it :)
