Good Points

There were no good points about this hotel.


Bad Points

Inedequate lifts.
Inadequate staff who are unhelpful and rude.
No facilities for children, the hotel constantly has a cloud of cigarette smoke around all areas and if you have young children or do not smoke you are in for a terrible time.
Staff are extremely unhelpful if you have young children and need support with bottles, etc.
The reps here are useless.


General Comments

Calella de la Costa, Hotel Osiris - This hotel is not suited for families or young children.
Staff are unhelpful and rude.
The food is repeated regularly and is sometimes cold.
The facilities are for over 18 and my familiy were thrown out of the indoor pool because my son was 12. There is very little entertainment.
The hotel is very smokey and the only place that is not is the eating areas.
The reps were useless and did nothing and had no relevant information regards the area or resort. This hotel is okay if you are a drinker.
IF YOU HAVE FAMILY OR ARE A NON-SMOKER FORGET THIS HOTEL OR YOU ARE IN FOR ONE VERY UNHAPPY HOLIDAY.
