Good Points
Good choice of perfume. If they are out of stock of a fragrance they will e-mail you once it is in stock.

Bad Points
None so far experienced by myself.

General Comments
I have no problems so far with Escentual as my perfume was received within a few days of ordering. They also sent me an e-mail promising not to take payment from my credit card until the order was despatched - which is the correct way of doing business.
