Style, service and great facilities.
Bad Points
Restaurants and Caf bar are pricey.... $5 for a beer. Also not enough shade/sun umbrellas around the pool.
General Comments
Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Hotel - This Hotel is superb, located about 1.5 miles from downtown Disney. Very friendly staff and high standards of service. Rooms are bigger than usual hotel rooms. Fantastic grounds that include horse riding and boating on the hotel's own lake. Each time we have been we have felt totally safe and secure. There is gated access with security guard checking cars on entry. Not a cheap hotel, that will not suit the Club 18 - 30 or Butlins set. Good for Families and great for Couples.
