General Comments

I went on the online O2 shop to buy a phone. Simple you may think. Thats exactly what I thought! Having been messed about by the smaller websites I thought I would pay a little bit more for a professional and popular company. So off I went and ordered the phone. A Motorola V600. The website said I should receive my order within with 5 days and I would receive a confirmation e-mail so I could track my order. 2 days and still no confirmation e-mail. Then the money went out of my account. 7 days and no e-mail and more importantly no phone! Not a happy bunny. E-mailed them and they said there was no order placed with my details and to order again! I laughed out loud. I replied, using their code word "get it right", which is supposed to make your complaint a priority. I asked them if there was no order under my details how come they have managed to take the £24.99 from my account. They are yet to reply and I am yet to receive my phone. Not impressed! Plus if you want to ring them it is free from your O2 phone. However, if they have failed to provide you with your O2 phone in the time they promised then you have to ring from another phone. Which is 50p per minute. I don't think so! Their Tariffs are good but their online help and customer service is on a par with a chocolate teapot! This is the last time I ever buy a phone online because between O2, T-Mobile and TheMobileRepublic.com I've had a complete nightmare!!!!!

    I'l think you'll find your comments should be directed at o2 online, not the o2 store, we are nothing to do with each other im afraid!
