MACH technology, 4000:1 contrast, Real Black Drive, intergrated tuner, intergrated SD slot, looks fantastic, abundance of connections, 8 (16mm) speakers & two woofers built in.
Bad Points
the 37" is bigger that the 42" in length & height! for some that may be an advantage.
General Comments
Viera Technology is untouchable by any other plasma tvs. The MACH drive & Real Black is benchmark technology that demands respect. Not to mention the Panasonic TH37PE30B plasma televisions contrast ratio of 4000:1. The SD card slot allows me to view all my images on TV (no more photo albums)& Digital intergrated tuner means no expensive tuners need to be bought (frees a scart connection too)The sound is very good too. I spent 9 month looking for a plasma that gives me top performance at a budget. THIS IS IT! believe me it is.
