Charged for DVD which was never delivered.
Ignored all my correspondance.


General Comments

OH MY GOD! I cannot believe the shocking standard of service I have received from this appalling company.

I made an order for a DVD which was supposed to be delivered within 3 days but here I am over a month later and still no DVD. Not only that but I have been charged for the DVD and, despite 3 emails and a fax being sent to them, I have received nothing - no DVD, no correspondance, nothing.

I have to say it has been the most frustrating online purchase I have ever made and Musica's complete lack of professionalism is entirely unacceptable. I urge fellow consumers to steer clear of this company as it is companies like Musica that give online shopping a bad name.
They are an absolute joke!

    Also ordered two CDs and payed them by Visa but never got them. I have sent email, but they do not answer.
    I will make a reclamation via Visa.

    I have had one good and one bad experiance with them. I ordered two items on consecutive days six weeks ago after stumbling across the site, got the first CD on the fourth day, however, still waiting on delivery of second item, although it is a CD which most other sites do not seem to be able to supply. I have made contact with Musica and was informed that my outstanding item was on backorder at the suppliers.
