General Comments

I bought a HP Deskjet 3420 Inkjet Printer in september 2003, as a treat at just under £100. I tried to print, nothing, tried and tried, but nothing. I phoned the 0870 helpline, and they told me it was dead and sent me another, this happened about 14 times, until I wrote to the MD and then they upgraded me to a HP Deskjet 5150 free of charge. I received it after 3 weeks and it was dead, so I wrote to the MD again, and some prat phoned back who told me to disable my anti-virus software and firewall and go on the internet to download something. Whilst doing this a virus came onto my PC which stopped me doing anything and made the PC sometimes not boot. I wrote to the MD again, and the same prat (not the MD) phoned back and kept saying over and over again, "We are not responsible"
The PC cost me over £1500 and now they won't pay, aviod!!

    Not at all objective - reviews like this are uninformative and rather pointless.
