Gives you a boost of energy (caffeine). Full of glucose for that extra 'Pow!'. :)
A 500ml bottle has tons of sugar in, but it doesn't have as much as a can of coke. This stuff can easily damage your teeth.
Lucozade Original is an addictive and soooo tasty drink. It's thick with glucose, guaranteed to load you up with energy for that final exhaustive explosion before you collapse and fall. Best sucked through a straw to save the teeth.
