Not really a bad point but the only one I could think of I wasnt called back at first when I was told I would be but that was resolved when I rang them back.
My experience of Car Credit UK started when I was rang up by someone asking me if i still interested in car finance, I had been looking for a while now and have been turned down a few times.
I gave them my details and was told I would be called back by a dealership, I ended up calling them back but anyway they put me through to my nearest dealership which was Car Credit UK in Warrington. I live not far away from there so it was handy, they said they would invite me in once they could offer me finance as there is no point going in unless they could offer me finance.
When I went in I was explained everything from start to finish, I had to take documents with me the usual drivers license utilities bills passport etc and then when they had a copy I went to have a look at the cars. They have a really big stock of them and took one for a test drive and went home with it that day. I have had the car for a few months now and am very happy with it, I am very greatful to car credit uk as they finance the car and not your house which is where I have gone wrong with other companies as I have a bad credit rating. The serviceIi recieved was a really good one and was not like what other people have said on this site the young lad who was my salesman was very kind and very understanding.
