Portion Control, learn about food.
Bad Points
Hungry all the time, have to eat their food, no sweets, expensive, doesn't stress excercise and lose muscle.
General Comments
I did the Weight Watchers and lost 40 pounds. I went off the plan and gained it all back. No one told me the benefits of exercise so I was terrible flabby afterwards! I was hungry all the time because my points were so low for my weight and I had to eat the same things over and over because if I ate regular food I gained weight right away. I got off of Weight Watchers and I eat right and exercise and feel much better. I'm not deprived and can eat what I want without worrying about points or gaining weight easily.

Umm, how can you not have known you need to exercise to tone your body?
The new Switch program is brilliant. The No Count program is a lot like Slimming World and you don't have to point (most) fruit, so long as you watch your portion sizes. You're not likely to feel hungry either.

I was on the WW diet this time last year and i lost three stone. I went hungry alot and didn't like the fact that fruit was pointed. Whereas I did lose the weight, my income decreased and I grew depressed as I searched for a job and despite my efforts put on the weight. It was expensive to go each week and for the magazine, books and various other equipment (now out of date I might add) I quit when they introduced the switch programme. I have vowed to try the GI diet now, to beat the hunger pangs and like yourself am adding exercise to my programme. The WW plan did work, but it just wasn't for me.
