Extortionate Interest rates - Poor Quality of Vehicles, unreliable maintainance procedures, unwillingness to be honest with customers.


General Comments

I approached Yes car Credit in Portsmouth for a car. I was approved to pay £185 per month (they never discuss total price) and for this was offered an 8 year old vehicle which I had actually seen bought at a local auction for £950, 3 weeks earlier. The total amount I would have paid was, over the 4 years of the agreement and including my deposit of £800. in excess of £10,500. When I queried this they said that I was not the sort of person they usually dealt with. There customer base usually consisted of "thick, stupid people who couldn't manage their finances properly and therefore were ripe for the taking" (their words).

So if you are "thick, or stupid, and cant manage your finances oh yes and want to be ripped off BIG time - say Yes to Yes. Personally I would say No.
