Lousy connection speed.
General Comments
Tiscali Broadband was the worst thing I ever did...they provided inaccurate information and were unable to meet their own deadlines. I am currently sending all my info to BBC Watchdog. Tiscali is a second-rate ISP and has a poor technical team as well...god help you if you're with Tiscali!

Tiscali are by far the worst, most inept and shambolic company I've ever dealt with.
All aspects of their service are awful.
They are sharks!
STEER CLEAR OF TISCALI
