General Comments

I upgraded my Samsung T100 in December and to be honest feel conned. My old mobile phone was 100 times better than this and I had to pay £40 as it was supposedly better than the phones available as a free upgrade. The Siemens SL55 regularly freezes randomly and the only way to get it working again is to remove the battery, which then deletes all your messages. Today my phone has switched itself off 4 times whilst I was using it. It seems like you cant do anything unless its on the mobile's terms!! I have my message tones set on the highest volume level, they dont alert me at this volume. The signal on my phone is constantly week and often doesnt pick up a signal at all even when Im in a room with other people on O2 who have between a 2 and 3 bar signal. The battery also requires charging daily- I dont use my phone that often especially through the week when its left untouched for 8 hours whilst im working!! O2 have been no help what so ever- because it was over 14 days since purchase when I complained I was told it was no longer their problem and given a number to contact Siemens customer services. As usual when I rang them I was left in a queue for 15mins before I got bored and hung up. I have tried several times and have still received no response. Ive given up trying now and am counting down the months til I can cancel my contract without charge and move onto a better phone and a network with better customer relations. Would I buy another Siemens phone? Definatly not. Would I recommend this phone? Not even to my worst enemy!!
