I have had the phone since December. Im now on my third handset. Need i say more??


General Comments

The Panasonic X70 mobile phone looks nice.
Within 2 weeks the screen had blue dots all over it and switched itself off.
I sent it back, the company who Orange said i should send it to (CRC Phone Repair) under warranty. They kept it 4 weeks and sent me no replacement. when it came back it was scratched and looked like someone had kicked it about the floor.
It came back it took 3 weeks before it started turning off whenever i recieved a call or text. the screen was fuzzy with dots on it. Orange sent me new handset. I lost all my pictures and ringtones i paid for. Within a month the same happened again. New handset sent. a month later the phone wouldnt even switch on! i lost all my numbers, and everything else in the phone. And despite a very long call to Orange, they have just sent me another one. If i want a different model i have to pay £100!!!!
