Northern Rock does TEND to call back on the rare occasions that one can get through to them.
Slowness of access.
Frequent impossibile to communicate with
I have logged on to Northern Rock twice today without being able to penetrate: at one point one is asked to insert `preferred' date and `preferred time' - unfortunatly the blocks haave remained blank
