Excellent prices, quick and reliable delivery.
Customer communication needs improvement
Shopped with Digital Point a few times now, in all cases items were delivered next day without any problems. I recently had to make use of their customer support when my digital camcorder stopped working. I wasn't getting replies to all my emails so phoned them, they told me to return the camcorder and they would get it repaired under warranty. A week and a half later I received my camera back via courier, fully working again, though better feedback of what was going on would have been nice.
Overall, they offer great prices, excellent delivery and good support, though their communications could do with improvement.
