Very well designed and built. Really feels authentic.
Merchandise very expensive.
Universal Studios Mediterrania, Port Adventura - We've just got back from Port Aventura. We prebooked a seven day pass and went in on all seven days. Although we were limited by the fact we had our 2 year old with us and the height restrictions are very strict on the rides, we found that there was still enough to entertain us for 3-5 hours a day. We took in almost all of the shows, which were very entertaining even when you couldn't understand anything that was being said! Lots of rides for the little ones, although I would advise waiting until your child is at least a metre tall, as even accompanied they can't go on a lot of the rides until they are that tall. The park was very busy at weekends and also busy towards the end of the week. The queues were virtually non-existent on Monday and Tuesday although not everything is open off peak. Lots of places to eat and although the food seemed to have been cooked for a little too long (i.e. tough chicken, etc.) it was hot and reasonably priced. Ice creams are also very nice. Would also advise brushing up on your Spanish as English isn't spoken a great deal, especially by the park shop staff.
