Loads of cups and leagues. You can buy players. The master leauge is very challenging. Good control of the team and individual players. More life like than fifa. Free kicks are great when you work out how to do them which is quite an art form!
Bad Points
Can't buy your own players from the beginning of the game like you can with fifa.
The names are not the real names.
Transfers are out of date.
The commentator talks rubbish.
General Comments
Overall I think Fifa 2004 is just a better game than Pro Evolution Soccer 3. The players have their real names. Transfers are much better than PES3.
Free kicks are better on Fifa than PES3.
Don't get me wrong, PES3 is a quality game and I have had hours of fun playing on it.

You obviosly don't appreciate good games. Real gamers prefer gameplay so in that sense Fifa is no competition to pro evo. If it were up to me I would ban Fifa forever for the good of all gamers who are blinded by licences.
