Looks great; light weight & great grahics
Bad Points
Battery life is poor; alarm is not sufficient; a software problem means the phone cuts out at certain functions; lack of features, i.e. calender, alerts etc
General Comments
The Sendo M550 mobile phone looks great and a great price. Those who saw it were impressed by its look and size. The games kept me busy (for a while). However, the alarm length and volume is not sufficient. The phone does not allow you to download polyphonic ringtones. The most irrittaing thing about the Sendo M550 is the software problems. The phone cuts out and re-starts during certain functions. Personnally given the choice again I would not opt for this phone.
