In 9 years of putting web sites on the net, OneAndOne are without doubt THE worst hosting experience I have ever endured. Despite paying for a dedicated server, my site still runs into cgi limits when running some very basic and commercially available scripts. Without wishing to accuse them of outright fraud, I have severe doubts that their managed server packages are what they say they are.

Their support staff are inept, to put it politely. Their version of 'support' is to leave you on hold for 10 minutes whilst they go and ask someone else. If you ask another question the whole process is repeated. If you ask to speak to the person that they are getting the answers from this is refused. Support by email is virtually non-existant. After 2 days you might or you might not get back a standard reply that rarely answers your question.

It doesn't matter how cheap their hosting is or how big they are - this is a host to avoid like the plague unless you want to spend months suffering afterwards.
