hard to read when not illuminated. display goes off too quickly. ok/menu button difficult to control


General Comments

This Alcatel One Touch 332 is a cheap mobile phone and as such you get a lot for your money. Polyphonic ring tones and colour screen. WAP. A large phone book memory with both on chip and on phone options. The menu system is very simple to follow and the handbook is very detailed with lots of features and options. The centre OK button is used for scrolling through options and with such a small phone this can be a bit fiddly to use, and if pressed at a slight angle will scroll and select leading to mistakes. I have found that the screen has got scratched very quickly and it was never the easiest of screens to read anyway.The backlight goes out after only a few seconds. Sometimes the caller complains that the sound is not clear but that may be just the way I hold it. If you want a cheap phone but like lots of features this is a good buy but it's not supported by any 3rd party accessories as yet so no covers or fancy ringtones.
