Good story. Great unsettling atmosphere in the film, plenty of 'make you jump' momments.

Your jaw probably won't drop at the films twists.

Gothika is a good stylish modern horror film, with a few twists to seperate it from other recent mediocre horror flicks. The film has a great deal of creepy factor, and the films story draws you in, wanted to know the mysterious events that began the film. Halle Berry gives a strong performance as always, I'd say the only problem with the film is the ending isn't quite as clever as you hope it might be.
