Good Points

The animation group get the guests involved with a variety of activities, the majority of staff are friendly and very helpful.


Bad Points

Poor quality of food and service within the restaurant.


General Comments

Port El Kantaoui Club Soviva - Having recently stayed at the Soviva Hotel we were all appalled by the buffet food and service within the restaurant, the choice of food was limited. Two of my friends have returned with sickness and bad stomachs. One of my friends recieved a cup which had someone else's lipstick on it. The food was so bad it was known as free garbage!
