General Comments

I have had my Panasonic TH-42PA20 Plasma Television now for over a month and it is certainly the best purchase I have ever made.
When I first started looking at buying a Plasma TV I like most was nervous about spending a large amount of money, weary of the 'Screen burn' factors of a plasma, and also not sure which plasma I should get.

The Panasonic TH-42PA20 is definately one of the best value for money mid-range plasmas on the market.

The picture quality is excellent (TV and DVD) and it just looks like an amazing piece of design brilliance that will fit into any home.
The only downside to this TV is the sound quality I thought, not very crisp, however like most plasma buyers i'm sure you already have a home cinema system or amp which you'd rather use anyway.

If like me you want a top quality large plasma screen for a good price, ease of use and nothing flashy for normal DVD viewing and normal TV viewing then look no further than the TH-42PA20.

Dont be leured into spending an extra £1,000 - £2,000 + on a higher spec plasma purley because you think if your going to spend a large amount of money on a plasma then you might as well go for the top of the range. A lot of these models are overly priced because they have the latest technology for DVD viewing etc, however you will need to pay somewhere in the region of £1,000 for a DVD player that can work with these extra features.

The panasonic TH-42PA20 has everything you need for excellent quality all round TV and DVD viewing brilliance at a great price.
