I got my O2 X1 mobile phone, charged the battery, tried to send a text message, it took about 20 attempts before I sent one, then i tried to send an mms photo and it never worked, I rang 02 to find out that the phone has a problem, ive owned it for less than 24 hours and it does not work, thats after I put loads of credit on it, THANKS 02.

It's true that the O2 X1 is full of faults and O2 are aware of them, not the best choice of phone really. Having said that, you will have lost no credit because you simply transfer your sim card in to your next phone with O2.
