Good Points

For a .22 cal Rifle this one kicks, dead accruate, what it hits it destroys and the pellet as well gets demolished and thats at only 8 pumps. Good weight and feel to it. Well use all makes and designs of .22 cal pellets.easy to pump as well for a muilty pump. All metal in the pump and loading section NOT plastic like the new ones, that are out there.

Bad Points

I havent found any

General Comments

There is so much I can say about the Crosman 2200 Magnum chrome .22 cal awesome rifle. I collect a lot of air guns and this one so far is the nicest and most powerful one I have gotten yet, give me time I am sure I will get even better ones. If any one else has this same model of rifle please let me know your opinions. If you got a spare one you are parting with I am looking for the all black model one too, the one I have is wood grain and the midsection is all chrome with a black loader for the pellets.. I have not gone to 10 pumps yet only to 8 and I am sure the extra 2 would probley give it even more zip to it but I want to make this thing last..

I purchased a 2200 Magnum Chrome from a garage sale with a leaky pump. I took it apart and found out that the pump has a release pressure valve, to which after 7 or 8 pumps it doesn't allow more power.
What I did was dismantle the pressure cylinder and soldered it tight. Now at around 15 pumps it shatters cars side windows, breaks glass beer bottles too, and drops birds at around 100 yards with open sites. I have also dropped a Seagull in the air (just once - lucky shot). I keep it loaded at all times. Sometimes I forget about it for a month and it still keeps the air in it. I'm very satisfied with this Crosman.
