Neat little phone

Bad Points
Freezes & switches itself off
Takes days to receive MMS form other networks
WAP connection is unreliable

General Comments
I got my O2 X1 mobile phone last December after checking out reviews on this site. Everyone seemed fairly positive back then but don't be fooled...I thought maybe I'd been lucky as it worked fine for almost 4 months then it started freezing when texting, switching off mid call and continually sending the same MMS to a friend on a different network!

02 sent my X1 away for repair without me even having to tell them what the fault was - they are well aware of the problems with this phone! No repair but a new X1 and a promise from an honest 02 salesman that I would probably be back with that one too! Apparantly policy is if it breaks down 3 times, you're entitled to a free upgrade! I'm hoping this will be the case so I can get rid of this useless and unreliable phone.
