Whilst I was their customer they did treated all the requests with care.
I had to switch last year due to tariff changes. Since then, I am waiting for my money and it's more than 6 months now. On calling, they say contact this contact that.
I am still awaiting the additinal money that I gave Cellular Operations via direct debit and they have failed to keep their promise of sending back the additional money. I find it embarrasing to keep chasing COL for 10-15£.
