Bad Points

They say that cars have a 125 point inspection with the AA but they do not inspect the cars.


General Comments

I bought a car from Yes Car Credit, they told me that they had done a 125 ponit inspection on the car. I have had the car three months and within that three months the clutch has gone, the drive shafts, electrics and the exhaust have blown on it. I am claiming against them and wanting a full refund of all money that I have paid to them and also all of the money that I have spent on it getting it repaired which totals up to the amount of nearly £4000. I am waiting for a reply off them to see what they say after sending them a letter telling them that I have been advised by trading standards to claim against them under the supply of goods act 1973 and this act states that I am legally entitled to a product that is not faulty and that they should have inspected the car before they sold it to me.
On Watch Dog earlier this week beginning 25th of april they claimed that they had recieved over 2000 complaints against the company.
