Good Points

None. Courteous though when emailing - but it's a bit pretentious


Bad Points

No Fulfillment - poor communication, take money long before they dispatch goods (if they are dispatched)


General Comments

The Mobile Republic - Why is that with hindsight you read these review sites??
I ordered a V600 in early March - the money was taken from my Visa card. The "expected" delivery was 5 days. It's now the end of March - and I'm convinced I've been conned. Once - when I did get through on the phone - the chap told me it would take longer to get a refund than wait for the phone!!!

After reading the other reviews on this site, I'm now quite concerned. I have cancelled my order with The Mobile Republic, and asked them to confirm this. All they did was close my help ticket - no email or confirmation.

As suggested by others - I'll contact Visa to see what I can do, and make a complaint on the trading standards link that some other poor folk have included in their comments.

I'm very annoyed at this - I am a seasoned Internet shoppper - and its easy to see how an experience like this can utterly spoil consumers' confidence in dealing and shopping on the net.

My advice to anyone is NOT TO USE THESE GUYS.

There's no way I'll be nearly £300 out of pocket - I'll go down to the office myself if I have to.
