Good Points
Every woman and girl should have a Carol Vorderman's detox book in her library, she should never be without one. I keep mine by my bed.
Bad Points
The first time you try the diet it is a little awkward to collate the right type of foods and to find where you can get them.
General Comments
Carol Vorderman,Anita Bean, Carol Vorderman's Summer Detox: The 14 Day Mini Detox Review: I have not yet attempted the summer detox but I have done the 28 day detox a couple of times. Although not intending to lose as much weight. I lost at least 12lbs the first time and a few the second. The good thing about the detox is that you start to feel better and see a difference in a very short time, and its an all over difference. The really good bonus is that the weight stays off (providing you are not stupid afterwards) I am very particular about my weight and always dieting. Carol Vorderman's diet is healthy and you never feel hungry. I would definately reccomnend it to anyone.
