Rimmel Soft Kohl Eye Pencil Review

Good Points
They are soft but not too soft, they go on easily and stay on well. They are also easily found in any store that sells makeup and for a very reasonable price, usually around £2.50.

Bad Points
In very hot weather they tend to melt a little but this isn't really a problem.

General Comments
I love Rimmel Soft Kohl Eye Pencils. I always use Rimmel eyeliners as do practically every single one of my friends. I definitely recommend them to anyone.
