Not sure there are any!! Oh no, I know....the online banking services.
Bad Points
Hatred towards students.
General Comments
My family have banked with Natwest for years and I had my student account with them. Recently they have been quite rude and inconsiderate and refused to extend my overdraft. I am therefore changing over to RBS who are apparently much nicer to deal with!! Is this just me that has had these problems?

Hi VickyjustVicky
I have a graduate account with Natwest, I applied for a £1000 overdraft whilst I was a student (about 5 years ago) and since then it has remained - apparantley untill I give them further notice this is the reason why I'm still with them.
I don't really have a problem when dealing with the branch, but have had problems with the telephone banking. I spent 5 months abroad and needed to transfer money to an external account, I was told that this was only possible if I went into a branch or wrote a letter (which I feel is a little unsecure as anyone could write and sign that letter) I also could not increase a standing order from my current account to my isa and was told to go to the branch - I later discovered I could do this on the internet, but wasn't told by the advisor. Let me know how the RBS are, I thought they had merged with the Natwest although I could be wrong!
