General Comments

Hotel Tobago is a good hotel for a cheap break, in a great location right between Magaluf and Palma Nova. Our room was clean and a reasonable size with an amazing seaside view. The balcony door was only single glazed, with a rotten wooden frame and wouldn't shut properly. Therefore there was a lot of draft and noise coming in from outside. There was also an echo in the hallway and we were sometimes woken up by the noise of people talking and the cleaner singing. The food wasn't bad, an excellent choice for breakfast, but not so good for dinner. Bread was always dry and I would have liked to see rice more often, especially when I had to eat a quite tasty curry with chips. The staff were always friendly, helpful and very patient when I was practicing my Spanish, but speak good English too. I recommend this hotel for a cheap break, but would not go again in April as it was too cold and too many pubs and clubs were still shut.
