General Comments

I recently tried ordering the new motorola v525 off Mobiles 2 Your Door due to the fact it had the cheapest line rental, only to find it was one big joke to them. Two days after I had ordered it, I received confirmation it would be shortly sent; however, it was now almost a month, therefore I rang up to stress my problems only to find they were picking up the phone then putting it down again without me being able to say a word. Eventually they answered and were VERY rude, they told me that I was shouting?! which I never do on the phone and was being impatient!? I told them to cancel my order from which they did only to find the next day that they had taken all the money off my card. I am now taking them to court.
