Good Points

£6 per month gets you travel insurance. Ethical bank.

Bad Points

Moronic customer service. Actual branches few and far between.

General Comments

I've been a customer of the Co-Op for about five years now. For the last couple I've been a Privilege account customer. It's good for your conscience to have you're money in an ethical bank no doubt, unfortunately their staff can be alternately rude and pushy. The idea of 'customer service' still to reach Manchester perhaps.
