Bad Points

I have had consistently bad service from O2.


General Comments

Every time something has gone wrong with my phone or service from O2 it has always taken at least 3 phone calls to sort it out, often being put on hold for half an hour. I received a phone from them as an Upgrade in a shop which didn't work and then was repeatedly told that I had to have a new one delivered although this was highly inconvenient and after much discussion with different members of staff was finally told that this information was completely wrong. When I asked for a letter of apology it didn't arrive until 5 months later and this was only after I re-asked for it and at the time was told that I may not be telling the truth in requesting it in the first place.

I want to end my contract with them but cannot until November although I think they should let me out of it as a goodwill gesture.

    My phone was stolen and O2 was very good they delivered my phone next day without fuss. Service second to none, network coverage excellant I would recommend to any one.
