I bought a hot diamonds bracelet for £60 and after two weeks, the jewellery was covered in black marks and the brushed silver had all turned black and lost its look. When I went back to the shop I bought it from, they said hot diamonds were aware of the problem but refused to refund or replace any of the items.

    I think your problem lies with the retailer - I bought a piece of Hot Diamonds and had a problem with it - the retailer replaced my item with another one and sent the original back to Hot Diamonds for replacement. I was happy the retailer had looked after me and I assume Hot Diamonds looked after the retailer.

    I was given a lovely two-tone hot diamonds ring for my birthday. After a few weeks of wearing it I noticed that the brushed silver was beginning to look black, and the plain silver part was losing it's shine. I took the ring back to the shop and was told I would need to contact Hot Diamonds personally. I have since emailed them and written, only to receive no reply. I am very annoyed that a ring that cost £70 could be of such poor quality. I DO NOT recommend Hot Diamonds to anybody!
