General Comments

The only reason really for getting a Samsung S300 phone was because I've always had old-style phones and I decided I would like a brand-new up-to-date phone. However, this is the worst phone I've ever had!!!The battery now lasts approx. 1 day(I use about 10 texts a day, hardly use it for calls and don't play games or internet). Also, it seems if you open the phone too quickly or receive a text when you're already reading one, the new message disappears!!! How annoying. When I first got the phone, I could also never get any signal (I have to admit that has now improved, fingers crossed). I have found out to my disadvantage that if you set the alarm (to wake up for work for instance) that it only goes off for about 30 seconds!!! I don't think many of us are that easy to wake up at 6:30am. The same goes for reminders on the calendar function. All-in-all, this is not a very good phone and I would recommend a Nokia, it is certainly what I am going back to after my contract with o2 ends (don't get me started on them!!).
