General Comments
Olympus C-150 - David C2 must be a voracious reader if he finds the instruction manual too short: it runs to 148 pages! Patience is rewarded though, because it covers every feature in minute detail. Since it has in common with the menus the drawback of small print, it's just as well it's viewable in Adobe Acrobat with the zoom-in facility.
On the whole this is an excellent camera for someone just starting on the digital trail; and unbelievably cheap. I agree that it's a shame there's no optical zoom - but there's a 3x digital zoom, which is adequate for those of us who aren't geeks or professionals.
Whilst the controls are commendably simple, it's extremely difficult to read what appears on the menus. They could do with a zoom!
