Hard-wearing. Number keys are sufficiently spaced out for texting.
Every time you text you have to type in the person's phone number. No Vibrate.
I've had the Motorola C520 mobile phone for 3 years, and it still works, despite dropping it numerous times! It's much sturdier than some of the current flimsy phones. The keys are well spaced, which helps texting, but you have to enter the person's phone number each time, even when replying. If you suddenly forget the number, you have to save the message, then go back to the phone book and memorise the number before sending the message. There is also no vibrate. As long as you only want the basics and can put up with the size (you cannot sit down when it's in your side jeans pocket), the phone should last for years.
