Good Points

After reading comments on this site we were a bit reserved about where we were going to stay. But after staying in the appartments we were very surprised. The appartments have been upgraded and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We did enjoy our holiday with three kids and the weather was 50/50 but the appartments do not deserve the comments it receives on this site WE have stayed in worse?


Bad Points

Try to get upstairs appartment as people can be very noisy when walking about(or with kids running about) It`s like living under a herd of elephants?!!!!!!!


General Comments

Overall we enjoyed our staying at Puerto Del Carmen, Luz Y Mar Apartments and do not be put of by other peoples` comments
